Responsibilities

·         Engineering 480V to 38kV switchgear

* t2 q' p% M. |# H# ]% _- h·         Engineering 2.4kV to 7.2kV Motor Control Centres including softstarters and autotransformer starters

0 g, I$ z+ {0 q( y/ I1 }, @2 q·         Engineering fully integrated electrical buildings

·         Reviewing vendor drawings
/ t7 d! ~. H: k
5 r8 a7 M8 U- ]' o6 p·         Analyze customer drawings, specification and engineering notes in order to create a design that meets the customer’s needs.

& R/ G( H, |( {7 h: m·         Create a scope of work by identifying the company’s agreed to obligation.

·         Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

·         Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

·         Registered with APEGGA as an Engineer in Training
) S# ^# z. {/ W# d* @1 S
2 H' M0 ]- o+ G1 p3 A& P7 B( q! m·         Attention to detail is a must
% C1 ^1 ?9 J2 U  j
8 f7 a) u7 y6 q" k5 Q6 O·         Experience using AutoCAD is an asset

·         Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset

$ t$ J" `1 Q' B& v·         Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

·         Ability to manage the engineering of multiple projects simultaneously

Work Conditions
