* c! N! f4 d. i2 x" p# L关于驾照说法很多，一直难找到详尽确认，也有朋友提醒游客身份可否申请当地驾照。不得已给本省政府某部门写信，得到回复粗略如下：

N8 r0 A. O- p2 c& m8 E; P1、持非本省驾照，可获许在本省驾驶同级或同类车辆，有效期90天。
% n7 d' Y# T" n2、持国际驾照，可在本地使用连续12个月或原发驾照有效期止。（我理解，即使国际驾照/许可有效，原驾照过期也不行。）
! p+ ] @0 z3 q4 e- k' p3、因阿省与中国无某种协约，所以中国游客申领本省驾照必须通过考核。( L- v" ?: y! w- {
4、持非本省驾照并开始定居于此，需90天内申办本省驾照。2 o& I! y7 t+ _' [$ B/ D1 l
5、颁自其它国家的有效驾照头90天可获认可，但期间必须申领本省驾照，并在90天截至前将原驾照上交。（这个90天该是等同前面的入境始90天吧。）% Q j! S( n0 y3 u
6、获本省驾照，本人须亲自前往注册代理处。如年龄达75岁或本人医疗史证明有必要，本人将接受体检和视力检测。（vision screening，配镜？）! Y W- d1 d) v, ^3 n% H# e
7、路考和笔试是必须的。
