关于驾照说法很多，一直难找到详尽确认，也有朋友提醒游客身份可否申请当地驾照。不得已给本省政府某部门写信，得到回复粗略如下：5 m; N; B3 g6 z6 F8 [( K4 ?
6 O W _* h* Z* J" i. r1、持非本省驾照，可获许在本省驾驶同级或同类车辆，有效期90天。
) `+ B) @: J! K: S( f0 i7 z; k2、持国际驾照，可在本地使用连续12个月或原发驾照有效期止。（我理解，即使国际驾照/许可有效，原驾照过期也不行。）
& s! j) E5 o2 ]9 _) Q3、因阿省与中国无某种协约，所以中国游客申领本省驾照必须通过考核。8 j. R9 F2 Y0 Z4 Z8 \# i7 c- S
4、持非本省驾照并开始定居于此，需90天内申办本省驾照。; z4 R. E2 ?2 j' f* m f
5、颁自其它国家的有效驾照头90天可获认可，但期间必须申领本省驾照，并在90天截至前将原驾照上交。（这个90天该是等同前面的入境始90天吧。）

8、可证明居住的文件有：租房协议、雇主信、个人税单、有本人姓名和本地住址的水气电话单等。外国人需出示签证。
