关于驾照说法很多，一直难找到详尽确认，也有朋友提醒游客身份可否申请当地驾照。不得已给本省政府某部门写信，得到回复粗略如下：0 N5 M6 Z7 A2 P B2 g, d" ~& ]. r% X
1 }: U/ s4 Y( h ^9 D* N5 P( w
1、持非本省驾照，可获许在本省驾驶同级或同类车辆，有效期90天。
% g7 `" G8 n6 f% B9 x2、持国际驾照，可在本地使用连续12个月或原发驾照有效期止。（我理解，即使国际驾照/许可有效，原驾照过期也不行。）' W9 u6 D; _2 ]
3、因阿省与中国无某种协约，所以中国游客申领本省驾照必须通过考核。
6 d5 I# Z9 _; e3 U; ~4、持非本省驾照并开始定居于此，需90天内申办本省驾照。
/ O! ]( e% `: Y P5、颁自其它国家的有效驾照头90天可获认可，但期间必须申领本省驾照，并在90天截至前将原驾照上交。（这个90天该是等同前面的入境始90天吧。）
' t' r( B: O) g, G6、获本省驾照，本人须亲自前往注册代理处。如年龄达75岁或本人医疗史证明有必要，本人将接受体检和视力检测。（vision screening，配镜？）+ ^- B; |/ e, C; f
7、路考和笔试是必须的。
