关于驾照说法很多，一直难找到详尽确认，也有朋友提醒游客身份可否申请当地驾照。不得已给本省政府某部门写信，得到回复粗略如下：+ ?& i n9 `6 L+ j" y: @0 X! |* F
5 H7 ]( K$ o& ]' ~, z9 p s" \
1、持非本省驾照，可获许在本省驾驶同级或同类车辆，有效期90天。5 e3 y' \ w5 V7 M0 z; }4 F
2、持国际驾照，可在本地使用连续12个月或原发驾照有效期止。（我理解，即使国际驾照/许可有效，原驾照过期也不行。）
6 t9 ~: W: G S3、因阿省与中国无某种协约，所以中国游客申领本省驾照必须通过考核。
: t3 r% g- r# Z1 C% ~) I4、持非本省驾照并开始定居于此，需90天内申办本省驾照。
! N, ]+ K% I3 Q8 F5 R- k5、颁自其它国家的有效驾照头90天可获认可，但期间必须申领本省驾照，并在90天截至前将原驾照上交。（这个90天该是等同前面的入境始90天吧。）$ S0 e: _$ g$ @" k3 Z& Y& X
6、获本省驾照，本人须亲自前往注册代理处。如年龄达75岁或本人医疗史证明有必要，本人将接受体检和视力检测。（vision screening，配镜？）( h n& A% w8 k8 ?1 u. D
7、路考和笔试是必须的。
