% h- x _4 k. M+ w关于驾照说法很多，一直难找到详尽确认，也有朋友提醒游客身份可否申请当地驾照。不得已给本省政府某部门写信，得到回复粗略如下：

9 `; P, O/ o* i, X5 p+ P l- m. n0 Q1、持非本省驾照，可获许在本省驾驶同级或同类车辆，有效期90天。
% s$ s: P4 P( u- ^9 }: w$ f8 z2 ^8 o2、持国际驾照，可在本地使用连续12个月或原发驾照有效期止。（我理解，即使国际驾照/许可有效，原驾照过期也不行。）
5 A% y# ?, j/ M( @# C, j3、因阿省与中国无某种协约，所以中国游客申领本省驾照必须通过考核。
$ O. |* }" C; L9 b0 W. }4、持非本省驾照并开始定居于此，需90天内申办本省驾照。
" l- D) J( L1 I% \5、颁自其它国家的有效驾照头90天可获认可，但期间必须申领本省驾照，并在90天截至前将原驾照上交。（这个90天该是等同前面的入境始90天吧。）3 ]% p- g( J5 W& W5 @- {6 S% ^
6、获本省驾照，本人须亲自前往注册代理处。如年龄达75岁或本人医疗史证明有必要，本人将接受体检和视力检测。（vision screening，配镜？）
