1、持非本省驾照，可获许在本省驾驶同级或同类车辆，有效期90天。
T! r5 O) r( L; L# u% z& |. N& ^2、持国际驾照，可在本地使用连续12个月或原发驾照有效期止。（我理解，即使国际驾照/许可有效，原驾照过期也不行。） y" q3 K/ L3 @# \
3、因阿省与中国无某种协约，所以中国游客申领本省驾照必须通过考核。# g, P8 L; w# j5 m9 I0 y' ]1 A
4、持非本省驾照并开始定居于此，需90天内申办本省驾照。
4 P* [" t5 Y+ R/ H0 i) {5、颁自其它国家的有效驾照头90天可获认可，但期间必须申领本省驾照，并在90天截至前将原驾照上交。（这个90天该是等同前面的入境始90天吧。）7 \0 }: [, W) P
6、获本省驾照，本人须亲自前往注册代理处。如年龄达75岁或本人医疗史证明有必要，本人将接受体检和视力检测。（vision screening，配镜？）
