: q6 B+ M# y% G, m6 ?$ v1 o! o* h埃德蒙顿2012年12月4日消息:独立房的平均价由10月份的$372,061上涨到11月份的$382,923;所有住宅房的平均价也因而从$324,924上涨到$331,198(年同比增长3.32%)。Condo的价格经过10月份的大幅上涨,本月又回落到9月份的水平,平均价为$230,493,比一年前上涨1%。 Duplex和rowhouse平均价$312,041(年同比增长3.2%)。
