Job Description:

- Y$ z3 |& A8 K' q• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.+ P3 a: ~; T) }+ I( h# ^
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
! @* m. _* O, ?% ~$ l* s• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;) ]/ P' S+ u& F% J {
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;1 C3 D% U: F2 `. ^
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.6 K- p( ?0 T7 v
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;

• Participate in trade shows;
