Job Description:
% s3 R( g3 I- ETo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.% T X2 A% g2 M/ _
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;# g" w5 D7 L3 v$ H) V+ N
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;3 }% E: P: Q3 ~ V0 O& w
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
) D5 t) V3 x, y+ [4 k4 \• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
