Job Responsibilities

0 k- l( I {5 x' P" c• Oversee hotel security requirements.
( W7 ?6 X) J* A# ]' d* ~5 b• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.6 e4 v6 V$ b+ W$ H
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
: ^0 s* `+ o! {$ [- K" V; u, ^( `• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.( D! h! Z4 \ ~4 w$ a! c9 ^' }
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.$ W9 S p: E3 j
• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.! c! e O7 {8 L/ Z# f
• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed. 5 I0 A1 k, w0 P3 _
• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service. * |- }* R, k' ~
• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.: ` |( _3 U: A# z) X
• Attend Cluster meetings.
9 {. G. E# ^1 c0 A• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.

• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies. |: `" y u/ Z+ b* r
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
' Z. `2 c. H! f$ D4 ^' _4 f/ Z• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;

• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;

• Ability to work within deadlines;
