Job Responsibilities) z. j# B9 ]3 }. d, r
• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues./ P5 J" @- u: k& a
• Oversee hotel security requirements.
* X5 K8 U4 Z9 h% u3 @. f• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
& T8 {! z7 R+ i( ]% {# n& R% R• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. ! M; P8 N s# Q4 }- n. c" }2 Y
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
' s! W9 E1 M, L2 Z8 V) T0 O4 @• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.

• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. ; v3 g6 w1 k/ j7 c( j
• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
" M1 N# p# ]8 H7 n• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
]6 O* ~/ a2 T5 c, \ q- f• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
6 u4 O; \4 x. p$ V# w3 a' C• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center
% o5 T- q+ T# H; x/ F' e• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float - g: o4 G5 e5 Z' H1 u, ]5 ~( m

Requirements:
* h& q6 u# J8 u: A1 @3 M•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property! p# d4 y8 c* ^" M: d
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;, b$ i4 f2 u, t# j1 t
• Ability to lead and develop;
5 M" C9 t9 h% U/ ~• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;9 Z! C8 h ~/ i( p) W7 q1 I
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
