• Oversee hotel security requirements.
6 m& M: T# u$ R" a* y' C, J• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.) l; ]' p! F! S
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. , [) y. }& c6 `$ L4 q/ v
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
& g9 A6 L, I+ o: P, f9 Y( ~• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies& R5 H! n$ `/ K* s7 B2 s C
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center* X% t, A5 y. w: V
• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float
