8 N/ q9 w' R) o1 Q8 A* _•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.# X4 q" a) }1 N4 F2 |1 q! K
•        Oversee hotel security requirements. 5 s" p- k  X) P# U9 x
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.- P8 D8 }6 _0 `- h
•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. - d* t9 Q; v5 l& T$ ?6 `  a& f
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.1 `" g5 z( P! f" e& B6 l! ?; x
•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.4 s3 I( O: ^1 i8 N6 x7 J( M- ~: W
•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.
" S; C6 U1 [: C9 r( K& r" B•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.
2 p4 U9 o' ?$ E+ `) ?3 T2 x•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.
  L6 S$ ^% m" }•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. - l$ P8 W! n1 }+ J3 ^2 Q- `5 R
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
, N+ ]( G% b; B# i' j•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service. $ z' V5 m+ A2 Z9 K( [0 r, j* l
•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
9 O0 b- [6 R0 T3 E, i& q•        Attend Cluster meetings.
7 Z/ r8 k1 p, Y7 Y•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
8 [' f3 g- Q$ H/ e9 M; T$ x5 [6 L( H0 J  D•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department   H9 X* c7 h) M# o
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies+ ~2 V" X( T! n' V
•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

•        Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager

/ Q: G5 j% |) u8 Z( L0 g/ F•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property6 J: |# K: j& R$ J9 k; F) Y# Q
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
2 u6 O7 G7 K2 E: n• Ability to lead and develop;( z  F0 C; G% b) D2 K) K% o
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
5 |1 i7 E# y" S" L' b/ t6 W• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;

• High level of creativity and innovation;# t7 [0 w7 w) ^
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
