The College's Objects as follows under The Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009:

0 \9 [; o# b' e8 t5. To issue certificates of qualification and statements of membership to members of the College and renew, amend, suspend, cancel, revoke or reinstate those certificates and statements as appropriate.
