4. To develop, establish and maintain qualifications for membership in the College.

6. To promote the practice of trades.

14. To work with other governments in Canada and the Minister with respect to the interprovincial standards program for apprenticeship and with respect to qualifications required for trades.9 u6 l% y& P/ e

15. To conduct research in relation to trades.
