1. To establish the scope of practice for trades.3 Z! j' f9 u' b. L

2. To regulate the practice of trades., B* B5 v6 W/ M, G

3. To govern the members of the College.

: t8 b: S* j' F4 ?4. To develop, establish and maintain qualifications for membership in the College.( f" ^3 W# S! w% l

5. To issue certificates of qualification and statements of membership to members of the College and renew, amend, suspend, cancel, revoke or reinstate those certificates and statements as appropriate.2 F- H U8 D- [, \' t

6. To promote the practice of trades.

11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.5 x4 X5 z- M) u. j: ?, y; L+ p

14. To work with other governments in Canada and the Minister with respect to the interprovincial standards program for apprenticeship and with respect to qualifications required for trades.1 e- c3 {& Y" h: P3 A

16. To perform such additional functions as may be prescribed by a Lieutenant Governor’s regulation. 2009, c. 22, s. 11 (1).
