3. To govern the members of the College.

5. To issue certificates of qualification and statements of membership to members of the College and renew, amend, suspend, cancel, revoke or reinstate those certificates and statements as appropriate.

6. To promote the practice of trades.

8. To maintain a public register of its members.

11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.- n }; s( D- K$ p0 l
