The College's Objects as follows under The Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009:

6. To promote the practice of trades.

11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.1 b) b+ U. Y3 S( n) @7 T( K
