1. To establish the scope of practice for trades.

2. To regulate the practice of trades.

6 `/ O2 Z5 q3 Z) @4. To develop, establish and maintain qualifications for membership in the College.

6. To promote the practice of trades.

8. To maintain a public register of its members.
