6. To promote the practice of trades.

11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.' u5 Q2 j) K9 \ R7 @" N( [

12. To address compliance issues in respect of matters within the jurisdiction of the College.
