5. To issue certificates of qualification and statements of membership to members of the College and renew, amend, suspend, cancel, revoke or reinstate those certificates and statements as appropriate./ U% P3 E4 u# P

6. To promote the practice of trades.

12. To address compliance issues in respect of matters within the jurisdiction of the College.

13. To provide for the ongoing education of members of the College.
