When do I get to do the first ultrasound?

About 7 weeks now, and wondering if I get the first ultrasound on week 12 or week 20?

I did my first dating u/s at 7 weeks, and second NT u/s at 12 weeks. Better ask your doctor for NT requisition if you want to do it. It's aimed to screen downsyndrome.
