在国内的中介打出的广告基本都是最少12万加元以上的，有极少数要求7.5万加元。你可以给中介公司打电话咨询一下，多问几个公司就基本知道投资移民的条件了。

4 J/ l! M) w- l一点儿不夸张。投资移民实际上要求是40万，你出的12万实际上向银行贷款40万5年的利息，最后都“充公”了。如果你愿意自己投40万的话，就是5年没有利息，算一算差不多就是损失10-12万利息。
