PNP vs CEC (emigrant)

does any one have experience on PNP application?  is english test required for PNP ( provincial nominee, NOC B)?   I know for CEC , english test is necessary.

PNP,  Level C and D which is semi or low skilled worker need language test result. I am sure Level A does not need language. It seems from the Checklist of both AINP and PNP, Level B does not need language. Better check the LMO confirmation first to make sure you are Level B. and call AINP to confirm.
