要办理LMO， 需要单位出具什么样的文件？

我的一个朋友工签要到期了，需要办延期，他原来拿的是open work  permit，找了一份工作，并且在这个单位做了一年多了，他现在想办延期，而且有一家社会服务中心答应为他办理LMO，但是需要他现在所在的单位出具一份文件，需要老板签字的，他问我需要啥文件，我没办过，也不知道，请问各位朋友，他的单位需要出具什么文件来办理LMO，谢谢大家。

LMO 申请因NOC code and Skill level 不一样所需文件和申请表格不一样. 大体是:
1 {# p& N$ y$ p! g; q0 |2 y1.申请表 level A&B - HRSDC 5517, LevelC&D - HRSDC 5512
2. Annex to appoint a representative 5520,
3.Advertisements, e.g. Canada Job Band, and other proof of ad,
4. Summary of applicants (Chart),

/ j! a+ X) H( q: X% X. @# n6.Employer support letter to the employee(applicant)

8. Employment agreement,
9. Resume
10. Education documents, eg, degree, diploma, certificate, trade certification,..
估计服务中心要的是support letter. LMO 有多种情况. 以上只是参考而已.good luck.
