职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
7 r3 V# e, n7 c6 |( Q& R6 Y3 N/ I, q    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
2 G- R; l% K: n1 o    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

0 K0 i6 j3 \' C1 j5 A    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
  n( O: P/ V6 M$ {" a0 M    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
9 X" y6 \1 V5 a4 ], j! Q  K    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
  G. E" ^8 k3 p7 m+ e3 R    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
: A* c2 i2 r6 T    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
) x+ ]# {7 B( y* u$ i4 r, ]    Field and site experience an asset；
( Q8 W% m6 }6 B    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
- B- A) v" p8 q) Y9 ^3 e    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
& O7 |; o, e! H0 Z    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
9 L. s: E% u& u9 m    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；

薪金概况：
     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
