    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
  E. f& e( y2 \! y2 |# j    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
" Q+ ?& A/ q5 R. V* d    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
! K4 o7 j' j5 G9 r& D/ ?    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
6 J* p  Y$ U) a) Y' F* c    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
3 D5 ^: m5 Q# K, \0 K# n7 s! }    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
& n6 N. I( j9 X% \! k- n3 j. l    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
- @# B& w5 \/ o. _. |    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
* l9 W0 m3 I. d" R4 C+ H/ m    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
' A# B2 N2 J, A& d4 n6 c    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
! y" }' }- ]8 ^% K% @/ m    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
- Q+ W- ^% K% L0 R# g# u1 |    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
5 R9 s) C, ^, P7 i9 N2 O" a5 y    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

7 L0 Y4 F( |1 j职位要求：
& {2 i' W3 ^- ?7 d! z$ x; s! V    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
7 Q+ q  k$ Y. m! z! s    Field and site experience an asset；
8 U+ b. ]4 Q- J    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
& P; b, ^- U# l    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
6 ~1 w5 G- S! E, X" K: h9 K5 a    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
+ t6 }3 G: O- `- I; B) e( V: A2 X    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
& }! S& Y$ Q( o$ @, F2 k    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

: m; `  b8 K& L% e     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
