职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

职位介绍：
) B( w( {/ i2 ]) W4 O  P    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
9 U0 }: Q1 i- H    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
, h* q( z) b3 k; _5 t' G0 `$ D4 \    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
: y4 c" k6 S8 _- h4 A& X" W  j+ p    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
1 \; s5 _- H* c9 l4 o0 I7 J2 w; X    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
8 O4 [6 Q4 ]( X! ~6 g# N    Weekly estimating progress reports；

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
, ]# X6 {  x2 _, V2 q+ y; Y    Field and site experience an asset；
3 d2 x+ X8 y4 v( [0 y, s5 S    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
: F$ ~. @! G0 @- M/ \7 h  V    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
5 D! y$ Y( U/ c& ?7 v! a2 c' L: Y$ Y    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
