    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
- g6 v; s0 k6 v% Q- B$ s+ ]职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
) }. Z2 k* F$ A8 I3 W1 H( [    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
* |% J% i( }0 q0 h# }    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；

) f5 B. f4 k, H9 j2 L9 s& D    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
1 o+ C) H% r9 e% @    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
, {' I( v9 o; p# E& }' x    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
) ~- h8 I' V* J$ Q# l7 y    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
