To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.9 b6 T1 F% F3 _ i

•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages8 ^: e* Q& Z! W+ c% ?8 ]$ ] T" X
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
- D: N: Z7 B3 p9 V•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
* A% B7 X. N/ p1 H! J z/ P•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
% D$ T0 [8 @% P$ e) B2 D" }3 Y•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing, J1 e9 n6 t1 P6 R, l9 F
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
5 C9 W' W5 H5 H& V/ Y" Q* N# A•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
) J8 M% N% Y0 [8 N•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator! @ e2 B# d+ Q8 j7 l6 r" U
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
