Position Overview:

Responsibilities
A1 E( B9 s& L g# S% @+ |) a•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
/ O: x# L0 j. ]3 A4 M•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
+ ^4 s8 P) z6 i7 b" R8 h3 }•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages/ U' ?! D, ]+ [. w
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
. e# F: A' [- w- r+ m•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing" y! v2 F+ ~$ F7 b* i6 c/ M
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships5 h9 t. y+ o4 |4 T
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
3 a* g. y9 K) F5 E4 T•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator, W6 B/ s; c* r: m
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
