求助咨询Phd stream 申请表格填写

现在准备通过phd stream申请PR, 看见本版许多前辈都已经成功寄出材料，所以有些不知道怎么填写的表格，希望能够获得指点。
在 "Generic Application Form for Canada IMM 0008"表中有下面几个问题不太确定

(1) question 4 of application details: Immigration office requested for processing this application.
该填 CPP-O还是留空白呢？
(2)question 10 of personal detail: current country of residence.
country 填 Canada, status 是 Student, From data 填来的时间,但是 To data填啥呢?

希望有经验的phd们帮忙答复一下~~ 谢谢！

不是phd的来回答,如果在加住满一年以上填CPP～Ottawa. 未满,填自己国家的visa office, Current country of residence is Canada, dates 填从入境时间到study permit 的expiry date.Generic form 是所有申请都一样提交的.

还有问题就是关于Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 0008-Schedule 3)表格.
question(3a): do you have an offer of employment in Canada

如果是系里的TA，是不是也算 employment?

TA 是employment, 有NOC code. 你有没有雇佣合同? 新的联邦技术移民要求提供雇主support letter 原件,工作经验证明信的复印件.

offer letter上有TA scholarship 的详细说明，这个算雇用合同么？
还有support letter和经验证明信是需要系里给开就可以了么？

对Scholarship 我不太淸楚.
CIC 要求是一年full time , paid working experience. Support letter /reference letter 是谁雇佣你谁出.

还想问一下关于proof of fund的问题
这个fund是只可以principal applicant的么, 还是也可以包括depandent的？
我和我老婆各自的卡里有8千，只有加在一起才够要求的数目，
准备去银行各自开statement然后都提交算整个家庭的fund，这样可行么？

你们是married的话提供两个bank statement. 你要是现在在工作或已经有arranged employment 了不需要提供资金证明.

多谢回复！请问 Secondary education documents是指高中毕业证明还是其它的什么材料？这个必须提供么？

Secondary education 是high school. Post secondary 是college 或university. phd 主申请人要交的是大学的attestation letter 或成绩单复印件. 配偶有学历或成绩単也要交,如果𣎴是英文的需要提供翻译件.hope this clarifies ur question.
