新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
% R# Q, L- U" E$ v9 X6 `, r, [& Y1 y成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
3 Y# _& [4 `. e; g; ?但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
+ r4 q$ l2 N# s0 F而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
求指导
