新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
  r1 u0 Q1 w4 p成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
% U1 d9 u" P7 k. o; [! I1 R$ ^我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
; p; @! ?7 u% o变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
+ D: u% {- t" q而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
