制作减肥餐

玉米半根，用刀转着圈地切，玉米就一排排的切下来了。

) S" o7 \9 F3 A: P千岛酱两大勺。

% E' \0 D( _+ L- O2 b' G拌匀，好吃又减肥，我才吃了几天，表妹来我家玩，一进门就说我瘦了。

2 things you can never eat while diet are corns and carrots...because both contains 淀粉...however cucumbers and lettuce are a good choice!! try spinach as well!!

今天跟电视学了一手拌凉菜——怪味儿鸡丝。

  M6 k1 t0 k7 y3 k; M1、将一块鸡胸煮熟后，撕成细丝 待用，鸡丝不要太多，一块中等胸肉就行了。
6 ?3 c3 O' {; s5 X2、莴笋切丝，豆腐干切丝待用。
3、一大勺麻酱用两勺香油调开，放入鸡精、盐，糖，糖多放点儿，一块拌匀。
4、放入姜水、蒜水各两勺。
5、然后一勺酱油。
$ \: |! N4 t7 Z2 p6、然后半勺花椒面。
* p. ^  f* J' l/ c3 I: C! V8 b7、将菜丝码在盘子里，上面放上鸡丝。
- a! a; J8 y, ~. u3 q6 }8、将调好的汁料浇上去。
# Y+ o: E9 h/ [- y- s; \9、再浇两大勺辣椒油。
10、然后上面洒上碎的熟花生粒、熟芝麻粒。
11、最后上面洒上一些小葱。

but well...i think no matter what you eat...if you eat too much..it will gain fat in your body...it's just food that contains 淀粉 is easier to gain fat and also...will help you to get a bigger tummy~~
