• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

) q, C7 C" t3 t: X b& W8 x• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
* W* r' j* k, N) `7 J7 D
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.) u& j0 G# f) b/ L

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.6 y$ o9 X1 R. X4 P( r6 F, N! I
 
6 ?/ q5 z+ ?3 [+ R# RJob Qualifications9 S' j. c3 k+ H) C: T
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

9 V' Q& m* ~9 U6 ]• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

/ s" m6 r! w [ I: \• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
0 U) e# m& z# d! K
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
+ c* s/ O q/ {! b
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.8 t1 _ o+ U: l) ^7 v ?# b

• Travel within the assigned region.
