• Support capital projects and network build activity with coordination, installation, and commissioning duties • Respond to corrective network problems, performing effective/efficient problem analysis, rapid troubleshooting diagnosis and prompt repair of equipment to ensure service restoral objectives are met./ V$ o7 z$ J5 [+ [* e- _$ W
- n+ i! H/ Z/ t; x• Coordinate with other Technicians and departments as required to obtain maintain service levels.

• Perform acceptance tests on newly installed sites and equipment to ensure results meet design specifications.0 l; N, Y% j/ e/ S; [2 v

• Microwave and Transmission experience (e.g. DS1, DS2 ,DS3, OC3, OC12, IP) • Gain in depth knowledge of key quality service indicators in geographic area of responsibility.

• Maintain inventory of required parts and perform regular audits to ensure availability of parts.
