Sorry, I am too slow to typing Chinese.
Dilemma:
We want to build a house around 2800 sq with open to below (open above the great room in the middle) .  However, I'm concerned about the location (Keswick) because it's a little far.
Another option is to build a house at One@windermere with Dolce Vita. But we need to modify from their exsiting plan (Siena 3, 2700sq) to make it 36' wide and extend the garage to fit the 38' lot. This plan has no open to above.
I like the plan in Keswick better and like the location of One@windermere. In One may save a little bit money.

' O5 Z. i& _  U) H9 GThere are only two builders in One@W premier : Ace Lange and Dolce Vita. Not very satisfy with DV's design and the way of extending the house from 30'f plan to 36' or 38' in order to fit 38' lot.
