我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
9 e' m$ p) @+ B& O. ?* `3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)

3) Inspect your car.
4) Obtain the plate.
