2 \" Z9 z( y) _7 g1 S9 H+ H) B•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
2 Q$ C& q# Y/ Z, b: v/ E•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
2 y+ T; s" l0 M7 H: E. v•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
: p5 q  {, r0 k, [•        Retail customer service experience.
0 o# A3 d2 C* `•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
' M, K# G8 Z6 E2 G5 s2 A•        Excellent communication skills in English
& l& V0 `  [% ^+ D( V7 U•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
