PCwhoop is a computer shop with a well-trained and knowledgeable team to offer professional computer service and repair, sale computer parts, computer accessories and refurbished computers, and customize programmable LED signs as well.  Now a position is available.

4 g& H* ?) n7 t•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
- m! T+ v: ]! ~0 _•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
& W! ?3 V! b" d; y' ?9 F•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

6 l5 J' R& ~7 ~7 f1 M" x•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
+ V& ]# E, e9 q$ O•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
