The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
+ z" M5 ]' r' `9 `- y4 Z$ T7 Rstill support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
3 @  q. h4 Z2 j+ r$ T: }: L: }the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
$ G6 g8 z! ]+ x- q6 |4 t; {8 Q3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
