The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
( G( ]+ Z: m6 E1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
1 O, }# m/ ^8 Jstill support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
( h+ m, C! q: \% E  R5 E7 [the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
) @) r3 v/ r! Y2 D3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
