The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
4 j' N( [8 V  r/ f2 q+ Q9 ^: d; i% ^still support the further price increases.
3 a( W+ z) q" z7 o) o( m2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
7 C5 U, ?$ {) g/ {7 q7 j6 K3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
