Donot call 911 unless it is real emergency such as life threatening......# i6 W# P. s) V5 {+ L7 F! D' _
3 options:

2. Call 311 instead and they will direct you a police number to call.

3. Start looking for new home...... Sorry to say that. But most times, that's the only option. There's a risk that you will experience same situation.......but hope you will be lucky.
