+ w: Y( J3 t$ _. R2 W8 C·         Receiving PC equipment from vendor
" ], ~$ H& a( U2 ?& R" R4 @& l·         Receiving PC equipment from company sites
! Z" r' B$ b: E- H* [% z9 t: o·         Shipping PC equipment to company sites
5 ?3 w4 h- J1 r+ B9 V·         Manage quarantined hard drives received from company sites
·         Image all hard drives for In Place Upgrade
·         Image all PC's for Client Refresh
* K6 f, ?* _' v8 f; I/ G6 l  ]·         Oversee inventory for on-going support service delivery
·         Install software from media, not available through Citrix or packaged installation
