Yes I have it. But it doesn't work for everyone. I guess you are right too. But just when some people see hourly payment, they don't relate it to permanent occupation but hours/time they actually work. Especially in consulting company.
I am still confused with number of weeks in a year, say, it has 48 weeks physically, you have 2 week vacation with pay, so it's calculated as 50 weeks for a year. The confusion is that if you take 2 week vacation, you only work 46 weeks in that year so the total paid time will be 46 + 2 = 48. How come it ends up with 50 paid weeks???
One year is comprised of 52 weeks (364 days) plus 1 or two days.+ r) T8 {* p9 ]" _$ W! V( y
Normally we work 50 weeks with two week vocation paid. 5 d( S( D) I9 z2 X9 \: ]So we get paid for the whole 52 weeks, plus 8 or 16 hours paid. ! w4 q+ W/ q) e. L+ GIsn't that correct?
