The housing price will go down for sure, at some point, just a matter of time. My guess would be 2 years later. But nobody knows. Once the price comes down, it will happen just overnight. So if you are willing to take some risk, there are still chances to make some money in the housing market......if you come out quickly enough......

seller's fear of the housing price will go down even further, therefore rush into the market to sell and buyer's expectaion of the housing price will go down further, therefore wait and see......if that happens, the supply will surpass the demand in no time......just my personal opinion though
