看了service canada里的申请状态。这算还会收到产假EI吗？不明白我老婆平时周末打工，5月底预产，去年11月中旬就不再上班了。申请了产假EI，给出了以下结果。No Employment Insurance benefits are payable to you from November 25, 2013 to March 09, 2014 到今天也没有收到什么其他信息，这算是拒了呢还是要等到产前两个礼拜才会有EI收到呢? ***************************************************** 0 V! q8 I4 }0 h7 Z$ W0 Y/ NNo Employment Insurance benefits are payable to you from November 25, 2013 to March 09, 2014 because you are not considered available for work during this period. 6 g! w: c. 那具体到我这个case是什么情况呢？

你老婆5月底预产期，去年11月24日就申请了EI, 从11月25日到今年3月9日，不够资格拿钱，因为离预产期还远，从3月10日起拿钱，但拿不到一整年，只能拿到今年11月22日。。。。

我也是这部么理解的，不过到现在也没有收到过EI。不知道是不是要到产后了才能拿

因为11月中，我老婆就不去上班了。按规定一停止去上班就要申请的。

/ v" {% t# q  ?6 P  z/ l, Q: I按日子算，你的第一笔钱应该是从3月10日给到3月21日，推迟一周，应该今天钱到账。。。如果是支票，你还得等。。。。。
