JOB DESCRIPTION4 U8 {4 k: d* q3 C2 h0 P" j( b6 [
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; + L! E! h3 x6 S* Z+ }- C' V
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;- W) z. E1 a, ]+ I0 s# t% R
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
' t, f, V6 h, R9 @6 I# t' ]7 s4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; ! A# @* K& [: P! V
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;+ Q1 ~0 @6 C3 f+ k3 H& g) ?  c+ F
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
6 \4 v. P" r6 [" Z2 x1 s7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
, N6 ?* L7 n9 V3 J  l# Q•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
" {( h/ n# d8 m2 Y3 `1 [; H•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.  U& K/ O  w' h* Q8 w5 h
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy., H) a9 w) a  a" y. S4 a6 D
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
; _7 ?- e! @, v- y7 D' S% ]2 x•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker- `8 V: {% Q( g- N0 E: |. K
•        Excellent organizational skills.
