1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
. `! {% s2 m  Q6 ]2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;& W  x! W* Z  o4 N
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
. R5 [/ Z) g0 ]) T3 y# I4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; ; j7 e4 ^' v& x, E/ `! X' `
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;( N0 S5 `& T- I) @6 T. N
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; $ n8 z- K# _' b- }4 K  b
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
5 O% A* c7 ~% h' Y•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
$ x0 {7 W- j1 W" A% b. v& j5 T•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
6 W- ~( s' k+ v6 m•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.1 M6 C2 m* }" ~/ p
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.& m) M6 V; i% T; k
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker% M! d% E4 }& _) }, v! [
•        Excellent organizational skills.
