“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and " G8 _& f' _. [+ b' s• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or# P; n; K/ d% c j# ^$ j6 O4 V( z
