留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
; O; V! b1 R3 o! N8 S2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

! |) p8 u* ~& l/ N* [you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
4 Z6 P; C+ a4 k! ?# M) o8 }9 Oyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
