留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
4 z8 V" ^9 k7 I7 F( ~请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
$ _; j* D/ e0 D! `+ ~2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

! x  `8 m6 i6 t0 G8 n3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
. s! U; O$ M" C# jTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
& R) G0 o0 P2 G$ p2 _" j( eyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
' ~. K( M$ I! J0 A# vyou must be a resident of Canada; and
6 U2 o1 h1 U2 F4 \( w: e: r5 tyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
