没有保险和牌照在高速上练车被抓了怎么办

- [* \# q% g' P6 d我是留学生，去年九月考的七号牌。今天和姨夫开他的车练车被警察抓到了。警察给开了三张单子，一张罚款单，我和我姨夫一人一张单子被要求去法庭（处罚理由是车没上保险并在高速上行驶）。想问问会不会对我将来续签或申请移民有影响？我和我姨夫上法庭会是什么结果？会不会进监狱或吊销执照？最重判多重？最轻判多轻？上法庭之前要不要找律师？

不用担心签证移民的事。只不过一张罚单而已，你没有被Charge， 不算criminal offence.

如果想上庭，最好找个律师，应该400-600刀。 不过要是没点罚，交钱时，求求情，应该可以减免罚款，因为政府也想减少cost，痛快拿到钱好过上庭的各种费用(法官，检控官，书记员，作证警官）。

7 B9 G0 G' R! D) S: z$ h3 t感觉该罚的更应该是车主。如果车子有保险，加了7号牌的你，是不会加保险费的，因为你必须有5号高级牌陪在你身边。没有车保险是车主的问题，不应该算在7号牌身上， 特别是你不知道车子没有保险。但是7号牌的你是需要有驾驶保险。就算是这辆车子有保险， 你没有保险也不可以。

好像没有保险不罚点，看看这个链接吧。记录会有，应该三年吧，从罚单签发日计算。没点不会多加多少保费的。

7 e% H  f3 S6 B. n- f律师费用是400-600; 闯红灯是好像300-400， 不过照相的是没点罚的。一般拿了罚单不管大小，都可以选择上庭，然后等排期。我有一次被警察冤枉停牌没停死，所有选择了上庭，所以对打交通罚单的程序还是知道一些的。

别吓唬他! 绝不会掉头的. 罚款几千可能跑不掉的. 如果是学生可能 会减少很多

移民应该不要想了. 找律师吧,可能还有救.

第一，续签应该没问题，但移民很难说，你们是无牌无保险驾车，属于严重违法，会不会留CRIMINAL RECORD一定要去问警察，如果留下的话移民就很难很难了，但现在不是考虑这个的时候。
第二，交通违规需要上庭的一般都属于比较严重的，律师费用不可能在千元以下，但现在也不是指望省钱的时候对吧。

没上牌照指的是车辆本身无牌吗？还是你姨夫没有高级5号牌？请高手指点这两个问题的区别。

现在闯红灯是285刀+GST，不用上庭直接找书记，我见过最高的是首次犯事给打了7折。
目前楼主这种需要上法庭但没造成人员和财产伤亡的官司，排除律师咨询费用（这类CASE头一小时免费咨询不适用），应该在1000左右，对律师行不算大CASE。
& E# ^) K. W2 ?- A3 f: ^400-600应该是至少两年前的价格了，具体还是多对比几家律师行

放心不会罚太多的，也就罚2个250.如果你爹或你姨父的爹是李刚，免罚了！
