Promotion parameters:
·       Applicable to new business committed on or after May 12. No re-pricing will be available to existing commitments.
·       Available for new business only including purchases, transfers and external refinances (excludes renewals, internal refinances & blend and extend transactions).
·       Not eligible for pre-approvals, rate saves or rate guarantees.
·       These promotions are closed terms that are not eligible to be paid out, refinanced, early renewed or extended prior to maturity of the term (except upon the bonafide sale of the subject property).  Standard pre-payment privileges apply.
·       No further rate discretion will be allowed on promotional rates.
