builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。

没按图纸的问题，钱应该按图绘收取的吧？
: m" E. D# |8 a. B8 n楼主，这个问题你应该早就可以发现的，不然就是你的final walkthrough 日期定的过于紧凑。
: z; }8 K) I7 N: p4 x. V& i没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。
/ j; ~. y& Q# \1 T, O0 x还是那句话，见招拆招，急也没用，该通知的通知，该延期的延期，沟通好，没有解决不了的。

一共就两次walk through，第一次就说了railing有问题， 然后就是最后一次walk through，发现完全没看图纸健，上面明明标着railing的部分，也能建成墙

Did you ever follow up with the builder?
7 D" j0 U# K$ D; GI would tell the site superintendent to arrange another walk through once the problem is fixed but not drag it along until the final walk through.
. N) b9 `/ l: [It is too late to talk about this now.  
If you have everything documented, show it to the lawyer and ask for hold back.

8 E/ [# ~: r+ M. @8 Z) iIf you can live with the wall, ask the builder to compensate you instead of removing the wall.
