I have been looking into Windermere.
& o! Z" s0 Q0 b. d; QMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.# c6 [: L3 Q! x+ I- i
) |/ ~% Q0 m3 x7 h' n1 L0 lAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
* H3 ?$ r5 D% H1 d0 \Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.- V; g7 U1 X, ~
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes., {: U9 I3 e) ]" Y" m

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
