I have been looking into Windermere.% [0 Z2 j: j! S. X$ |% r( c: H
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.5 K9 B& D: R7 A7 M
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.7 }1 u \ m; z$ n5 b
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.5 V2 W# p/ F/ s

What type of housing you are looking for?

Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
