我在UA读书，但是国内有件涉及房产产权的事情需要我本人亲自回去去办理， 但因为在学期中，所以我

不能回国，所以家里人咨询后说可以开局公证书来委托他人来全权办理。

所以请问各位：

0 \  W6 n5 ^4 B  q埃德蒙顿有没有可以开具公证书的地点？公证内容大概就是  XXX愿意委托XXX为委托人， 全权处理XX事，

i don't think you need to go thru the notary public, usually an authorization letter with your signature and your original id card and chinese residence registration (hu4kou3) will be enough.  of course this also depend on the local authorities' specific requirements and rules.
