没遇到过这种情况，不过个人感觉先找builder。如果找厂家，他会问你电器购买日期，地点和收据。

' b* I4 v' \) e+ T1 c3 RBut it went through the builder within the first year, after that, you are on your own to contact the appliance company directly.
