是先换美金去那花cash还是刷信用卡（可是有手续费）
或者有什么好的卡推荐没手续费的？

find someone who are willing to exchange with the XE rate
deposit your USD either to your US$ credit card or any US denominated chequeing/saving account
go to the US and have fun (with thousands of dollars of bills to pay of course)
pay your money when you get home

the rule of thumb is: the less you get your service from the banks, the less you will have to pay

If you can't find someone who's willing to trade with you - you can trade with your bank with some costs depending on how much you trade. The worst is to swipe your CAD credit card in the US. Both VISA/Mastercard and your bank will skim profits every time you swipe your card.

我先在銀行開了美金戶口，沒次美元和加元接近時，都會存些美元進出。預備去旅行時用。
us-visa 卡就從那裏付賬。夏威夷都可以用。否則就直接用 ATM了。
囘中國時，美元比加元容易換rmb，只有中國銀行能換。在香港就不成問題。

谢谢可是美金户口不就是debit card？那到时候你在美国刷chequing？还是你还有美金的Visa或者Mastercard？

我是用 us-visa card，直接從美金戶口扣。。

非常简单，到BMO办理一张美金账户Mastercard ，到美国直接可以刷卡，没有兑换汇率的损失，没有每次刷卡的手续费，回来后自己看哪天汇率比较好，去兑换美金，还回去就好了。非常好用，千万不要使用加币账户的信用卡到美国刷卡，那个手续费和汇率等到账单来了你会发觉黑你没商量。visa 的手续费是每笔数1.76元（如果你买东西退货，这边手续费是不退的。）

不好意思，visa手续费有错，貌似是按每次金额百分比收的，还是按每次多少收，我忘了。反正是非常非常贵的。

Sears的信用卡免手续费的，可以办一个，我用了2年，挺爽的
