5 @1 V* U* h* r8 q/ ?8 `& ZDuties & Responsibilities:

- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
8 |& k6 X, ^6 y' s  `$ o- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
' s8 }: d, }7 J. w! f9 D- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
" y+ n3 w5 S0 c- [1 g) Y5 ]$ q0 P- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
7 d2 O: J" U& R, f
$ ]4 j" D: [" P* z& `- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
4 v3 ~" k& Z/ P/ F+ _) x- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
