Duties & Responsibilities:* `' s" C$ O( t! m& o8 O0 e/ `9 _
9 F' W5 |8 ?/ a- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers( j) U' ~$ E6 l
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock9 F, j5 o0 }+ Y- w. H: h
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
4 g& Z8 j' [# L1 w0 N5 D" h+ P- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
" m9 T t2 o! e+ @2 h- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives' G5 ]: n' `. k3 s
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
$ w% ~4 c( V5 W0 G- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset3 B; c8 b$ R- Y9 q
- Ability to use computers
