Edmonton home builders say they are working non-stop to meet a demand they haven’t seen since the boom of 2005.

“Right now we're running flat out, we’re building as much as we can,” said Rob Busby, construction manager for Landmark Homes.# Z. w" b, e6 f. i+ V

The increased demand is due to strong job and population growth, according to Christina Butchart, senior analyst with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation." M3 t( w1 X' w- Z! [5 Y2 s
