最近gradonhill和allard都有开始售连排townhomes
* n! Y4 \; z/ Z/ b; h7 W想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

: ]+ `  x% M: ~% Q8 G( o& C. I3 tlow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
% f- y: L3 j2 B" V4 I' t1 F0 i, h% ^new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
