想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

reasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.
9 K8 i' p% F: [( x/ \low maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
1 ^# {9 {0 o8 g9 inew townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
