各位我现在要马上填写税表,看了两天了,还是糊里糊涂. 请朋友们帮忙指点一下.

I made a phone call to tax department yestoday. Asked a representative to change my GST/HST return form to file once a year. Thanks.

there is no need to submit GST/HST if your business revenue is below 30k in any given 4 quarters. If you are running a sole proprietorship, there is no need even for Business Number if above scenario applies.
