& W4 i2 j8 j* @Your job responsibilities will include:
•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
7 a6 S9 I8 ^- n# _; a0 E•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
1 h6 k& }, F* T3 ^4 L( }•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
) H2 ~& k5 L( s  m9 U•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
  s1 Q" R  r3 L: ~•Perform AP Invoice matching
•Prepare month-end AP accrual

" {0 ]5 f( j. l4 AThe ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
