Position Summary

" h" ]( }9 R$ C% |7 g/ wWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments6 x9 O# x0 k% k# o- {' M
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies7 X0 L+ g( V+ t" f1 Z( [. a% Z, [
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
! i) y+ B4 w$ T8 J0 uManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
+ c- E  y9 B8 ]5 X, h% {+ bOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
' X1 @$ p/ Q" E+ A9 DEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
7 L6 @  l8 |3 A' Z8 _# b2 K; {Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.  s+ q; F* ^$ ~( u+ R0 v
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;4 U6 Q/ ^+ a1 ^  H$ p! q" I  g
Time management skills are critical;1 i3 j% s! c8 {- Q6 Z) l. K
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
+ K* \* T9 t. E9 V8 n/ k- [Attention to detail and accuracy;. X% \% m1 v3 e$ F1 Y  Y& T/ N
Strong organizational and computer skills;
2 m$ @; q( H3 }& W. Q( TExcellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Self-directed and highly motivated; and
8 B' z, t/ M1 e5 Y8 H) ]* TAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.
