8 b) E. g& e) _We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.' a1 K  E) M! Primary Responsibilities4 [: r0 U  ?5 e8 K

  `" T  A# z9 u  g# O- JCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
! N+ J( m$ _! M8 O4 J, gWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies* _' \* U4 A2 |7 I  m  @
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" m; i4 X% O* X, `6 F! m9 L
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;8 n. B2 Y2 J% T2 z8 D# Z) Z+ v" H
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;1 m  Y+ G  k6 Z2 i
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;, g) V7 n' R- _
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.7 Z, ]# T) y( _0 i3 U+ H3 R
Conduct all work within established time standards;
* y7 L& [2 N, H* g) `' X3 wEssential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
5 C. i" T1 ^& o5 M) SAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
$ l2 q3 P; Q- q& `9 {3 ^/ zTime management skills are critical;5 H( C  c; M1 U! W1 t
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
4 ~& z9 P, M& f7 r% R: N/ \Attention to detail and accuracy;
/ [2 \9 W1 z$ Z9 K5 W1 `) |Strong organizational and computer skills;
, l1 ^" ]5 m7 |$ jExcellent verbal and written communication skills;  L) `% |! [1 S2 k" [
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;/ h4 D: ~3 p/ U( P+ R8 n' b
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
8 f: h+ u" v" E8 p% c- @3 eAbility to work with minimal supervision;
/ ?7 E. _) V# v3 C# ISelf-directed and highly motivated; and7 i6 k3 D& R2 D* l8 e
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Compensation and Benefits" ^, g' R' J& c# t6 k2 o: m/ F

" V; a# A/ Z& _9 CHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;; m2 E# l* F2 H# C( V  P' r
Benefits package will be offered;
