We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
) n+ w& f' |9 T+ F; `, `$ A$ e( JAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
& W, T% k, E2 p, i, HManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, F1 q" Q9 K+ r. m- Q
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
. K8 [4 U# E1 h! g- REnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
* C! R" H0 [+ I( N6 JConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Compensation and Benefits
