* ]* ^: {% j0 ~: DWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
) \2 h9 l( D6 S' C( j1 J1 DWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
; N' H. P5 w8 PAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
7 s8 s, w; p+ n8 e7 q' ?4 {" RManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;4 X) R M; I7 A5 Z$ A E+ F1 @1 W
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;( Q. B% ^+ R& ~4 {! q
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
* o1 I% g- C9 i9 \+ n6 q* OConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Attention to detail and accuracy;

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
