We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

0 I- ^" z4 _1 a' b, g y6 g" oCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments7 {/ Y& n# y9 S/ y
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
( K+ V: c* S" k- J L8 {: S( VAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
1 E6 s; b% G/ q0 B5 IManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
3 y, T8 a) i6 }4 rOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
! _4 j: Q" c# r6 y. |+ K9 lEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;, z6 F& v8 k: | T3 r+ _4 ^: y
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
