We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments$ b1 h3 |; i4 X" g b" ]* o
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
& p- `& {) a k0 A) qAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines7 p) w( n8 B4 q e
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
7 f$ ]* m. d- w0 _( c, AOversee file management for all LMIA matters;- B% T5 Q# |. z0 ~# i; U1 x
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
