Pay rate: $19.30/HR

Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
3 i  p% E0 ^8 r  {+ T+ mUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
0 G. H( X8 ~4 j+ t: A% b% YAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
7 F) V+ G6 E; o  ^$ [0 `$ Z6 QPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
  _' ^2 `) ?: V) _" ~# CAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
9 V: v) Q3 |% @- tPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
