Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
0 D. h- O7 f; o6 r+ M* Q2 vUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
2 \  ?% u6 s0 ?* f) eStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
) l3 d- R/ N! D) ]9 k3 \" o: I% E) tAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
* U& D# J: y" u. x' R' A5 {Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
3 `! D& g9 ]) D. |- QAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
! Z- \/ r: ~, z4 d* }Previous banking experience would be an asset
% l. |1 C4 j  V8 l, Q" y( K( \' yPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Must Have Skills
7 ~0 _+ ^% s5 dData Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

! Q# ]: G8 u3 `! X' F2 SWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
