我也打电话给一位资深专家，问此房1.09米值不？她说，No。要在Windermere还可能，不是Callaghan那儿。你懂多少，WONDERFULWORLD？

房子设计的很漂亮，只可惜location 差了些，同楼上所说，在Windermere 的好区，这个设计靠河还真下不来，除非Windermere North, 但设计没这个好，离高速近些
