We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.& Z. p0 \ q! _$ {. ?! D) X0 Y

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments( ` X6 Z: T, A, k; b
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies7 k6 J+ n, ^: L" W
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
K4 d7 ]! o( VManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;# u3 {. \+ y& g
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
8 [$ K* |: _( F# ?* PEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;5 r5 U, |# D* r7 C* K7 B+ N
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
