The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
; k6 Y! m: H$ v, G6 j3 V& qAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines9 X9 h% r3 P% F; P
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
! `4 M l. d6 R/ [# t3 d. |( T% n& dOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
9 j) U( N/ v( ]3 @# PEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;6 X, A; u5 }3 }7 ~
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients." [: l9 u3 O O7 f
Conduct all work within established time standards;, A, B- h. S1 i, X1 v& ?+ R

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
