The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.& r) I* ~+ c7 ?3 i e

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments& f& r9 f9 A, a0 o( C
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
. i& P/ z; N9 L5 U+ rAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines2 d" U/ J0 d/ i
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;4 D5 P& Y9 j) c! y* w& ?" D
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;9 J( @8 T( o, U- T( U* m; R" O
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
$ s5 u! {, X' i& zConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.& t: Y% t. x" y: k7 V) ]2 V
Conduct all work within established time standards;
