We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.; p" J6 c0 W/ x3 r

Write and post advertising for various job vacancies% ~7 a6 x$ }) j2 @+ ], o
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines, D4 K3 c8 |0 @- V
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;7 P5 l% h( P. ~' c9 e- N5 u
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
. k; X: ^5 o- L* H: {7 n9 cEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;) S K; j+ G Z5 o% f
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
