Hi, I'm looking for a roommate (female only) for a furnished bedroom in a 1 bedroom apartment, $500/month + shared utilities (about $20-30). Deposit is $500.

This is a room furnished with table, chair, wardrobe, chest drawer with very big window and big patio at the front. The apartment is very clean.

The room is available at the beginning of September.

- There are lots of buses to many places in the city.
+ It takes only 15 mins directly to MacEwan Univ by bus no.8.
! w5 H3 ]  a7 i0 i% |+ Bus no.130 goes directly to University of Alberta in 27 mins.
& C( W# |% m7 q2 ]5 [( a+ d+ Buses no.8 or no.9 can take you to Downtown in 20 mins.
8 Q4 b* ^) i5 m( c; t+ You can take no.8, no.9, no.12, or no.130 to Kingsway Mall in 8 mins.
5 D( d" E( d+ w7 ]+ No. 12 can drop you at Superstores or Canadian Tire in 10 mins. + Lots of restaurants (eg. Subway, Korean BBQ, Lan's Asian Grill, Smitty's, etc.) and stores (eg. Value village, Dolarama, convenient stores, etc.) are just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.
