得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

What is an open work permit?

) s4 t7 ^& J+ ^' u1 g: j' A8 EAn open work permit is a work permit that is not job-specific. Because it is not job-specific, you will not need:

0 M: r4 E8 O# v/ @an authorization from Employment and Social Development Canada (known as a Labour Market Impact Assessment, or LMIA), or
: E6 P$ X( l: f- {0 Cproof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
paid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.

No, you can use the same application form for either type of work permit.
