不是基准利率涨了，是银行减的少了，原来是p-0。7
现在只有p-0。6

The bank had too much pressure from shareholders. They couldn't give too much discount.  And it is getting much harder to approve a mortgage.

( Z& S3 Q& j  aBecause everyone wishes to have cheap money, and there is not too much cheap money there. Cash is a rare resource now.
