This will be the biggest tax grab in Alberta’s history.

! ?$ e, E" k9 m) c8 q& C! c% d0 sThis new carbon tax will raise the price of everything. For the typical household, it will cost an extra $230 to heat your home, and much more to pay your power. For the typical family, it means an extra $365 spent on gasoline. For every Albertan who is losing work or seeing their wages cut, it means more economic uncertainty and more job losses.

Wildrose has long advocated for clean air, clean land and clean water through common sense policies, but we don’t need to undermine our entire economy to improve our environment.

Pundits are calling it “the most radical policy shift ever seen in the province,” warning that Alberta, “is about to become much more bureaucratic.”

With at least 65,000 jobs lost and counting, Alberta can’t afford more risky economic experiments. We need your help!
