大爱城区独立屋的平均售价为$432,862, 比十月份下降了1.4%，比去年同期下降了2.62%。 双拼/联排屋也下降到$339,454，比上一个月下降了5.5%，比2014年十一月下降了3.5%。但是公寓的平均售价为$253,618，比上一个月上涨了3.8%。 所有住宅平均售价为$369,559，比十月份微降0.59%。% e2 E. j" ?+ t
